Nokia Disconnect 170 Employees in Finland

It’s constantly hard when people lose to them jobs. Nokia announced latterly that 10 of its employees have been laid off from their bureau in Finland, as a part of a plan to save money after the acquisition of the Alcatel-Lucent back in 2016.
The Finnish company now has more than 6100 employees in its home country and more than 100.000 employees in different countries around the world. It’s the second time Nokia lays off people, after the dismissal of approximately 960 employees back in 2016. According to official information the company plans to lay off 1400 more employees from their offices in Germany, by the end of this year.
All these lay offs are part of a €1.2billion plan to reduce disbursement that was implemented after the Alcatel merger.
